Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: For items we have stock, MOQ is one carton; For items need to be customized , MOQ will be 1 Ton.

Q2: Could I put my own logo on it?
A: Sure, customers’ logo can be printed on the product.

Q3: Is it possible to provide free samples to check the quality?
A: Yes, free samples can be provided to check the quality. You need only to bear the freight cost.

Q4: What’s your shipping methods?
A: For samples we will choose express such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX and so on. For orders, we will ship by sea or by air, it's up to you, both ok for us. Normally, we will load the goods at Nanchang or Shanghai Port.

Q5: How long will you deliever the goods?
A: Regarding to the order qunatity.
-About 25~30 working days for a 20'GP container after receiving the deposit.
-About 35~45 working days for a 40'HQ container after receiving the deposit.

Q6: What's the payment term you can accept?
A: Normally,the payment term will be 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance against scan copy of original BL. If your quantity is big enough, we can also accept LC at sight. Besides, paypal,wester union ...... also ok for us.

Q7: How to control the quality?
A: We will check the quality one by one step.
- Check raw material before mass production .
- Quality checking during 20% mass production .
- Quality checking during 80% mass production .
- Dry material 5~12 hours, check the humidity by professional Moisture instrument .
- Polishing to smooth with approx 3~8 hours .
- Pack the goods with accurate quantity with +/- 2%, we have counting machine for checking.
